Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You keep access until the end of the paid period, then you automatically fall back to Free without losing any data.
What happens if I exceed my booking limit on Free?
You'll get a notice at the 5th booking. After that you can't add new bookings until you upgrade — existing ones keep working. Cancelled bookings don't count.
What about VAT and invoices?
Billing via Mollie, including 21% VAT. For B2B customers with a valid VAT number, reverse-charge applies. You'll get a proper PDF invoice every month.
Which payment methods do you support?
iDEAL for the first payment, SEPA direct debit for recurring (cheapest, automated). Credit card also works.
Can I switch between Pro and Business?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect on the next billing date.
